Sounds like old technology!

Hands up who got that...

As for the size of the Adam, as said, it is small for a modern car.
It is always going to be larger than a Nova. GR12 4 SURVIVING SERIOUS CRASHES

Cool & quirky little car imo. A neighbour has a Yellow one with Black acsents & roof. Looks really fetching I think.
It needs an Irmscher/Steinmetz grille as usual.

They're too much of a combination of robbed styling from other cars for me to like them.

If I wanted a quirky little hatch, I would have a DS3. Probs a bit bigger though. lol

It is based on the same platform as the Fiat 500 which is quite plain to see.

Yeah. Has bits of Mini/500/Ka/Pug/Citroen in it.
You name it, it's visible in that car.

I think all modern cars look like they are from the same designers pencil. Most stuff seems to follow the bulbus looks that Audi pioneered a couple years ago. That & the chiselled flanks that BMW used. Isnt the Adam available with about 1million options or something silly like that? It should mean there are planty of unique example about, though that Yellow one I mentioned is already proving popular.

Personally i think its one of the worst looking cars vauxhall have made. If not one of the worst looking cars available to buy in today's market.

I got it Liamnp, I expect its also got a 14" B&W tv in the dash lol

its the same with the proper 'Mini' and the BMW 'Maxi' replacement, park the two together and the difference is staggering!

But then park the new equivalents in a car park littered with other modern junk, and they look small, comparatively novas and minis are micro cars by today's standards!

It's not quirky or cool enough to topple the mini (eeeeewwww) or 500, plus have you priced one up for even a minimum modern spec..... Got close to £20k without ticking the big boxes!!!

It's not the worst car in the Vauxhall lineup though, that accolade goes to the mokka.

The latest fiat 500 must be bigger than an original landrover and the biggest type of mini (clearly bmw don't know what the word means) is fing massive.

Personally i find modern cars really boring, that woudl be why I drive Novas and REAL minis lol

Before I bought my redtop I was looking for a faster fun cheap track car than the 1.4, my mate suggested a subaru, now I really like them, they are fast, surprisingly refined and almost practical but, for me, just not the same type of fun as a Nova.

This is how sad I am, I rather my 29 year old 1.0 by miles to my mums 1.4 16v corsa, her car has no feel, loads of road noise and it is just dull.

Stuart

The mini countryman occupies more road than an original range rover lol

The current 500 is technically massive, but then all small cars are bar the up etc.
Being able to get 4 adults into a 500 easily is a guid to how big it is :)

I quite like the Adam, I just specked up one on the vauxhall site of the highest engine possible with loads of extras of how I'd like it and it came in at 16k lol

If looks could spell the end of a car company, that Vauxhall Combo would do it.
