The staff on here have lives, and don't run this place for anything more than to keep the club going, we aren't paid nor rewarded in any way, and some (Jack included) have very responsible jobs that mean for a lot of the time theyre not even in this bloody country!

Then to come home to an inbox full of emails, pm's, and loads of new moany posts about stickers, is not exactly going to make any of us want to go out of our way to fix your issues or get bloody stickers out the next day!

You have not done yourself any favours with your comments. I think that you will not have many friends after your comments, and certainly not gain any respect. This isn't E.B.A.Y. Sir, and it is not a business, it is a community for nova owners. Members packs have always been an issue, as the staff and mods do have lives, families, jobs etc, but they always get posted. Never really been an issue. An apology may be a good place to start though.
