iirc

rears.... remove the window, pop them off, put the window back in....

fronts, remove the seals round the opening glass, then with the window down, undo the screws that hold the runner in place, remove the runner & mirror, then pull out the front 1.4 glass. then pull the surrounds off

No glue, but they bend very very easily.

Are you re fitting the trims? If not you will need different rubbers as the ones you have are made to match the trims.
If you are re fitting at some point rears are easy get someone on the out side sit with ure foot on the glass inside put some pressure on glass and peel the rubber at the top work along and all around don't be tempted to pull it back at the bottom as you will bend the trim lift it up when uve done the top and front, person outside just incase it goes and drops.

Fronts remove all rubbers and glass and with a pry bar or flat screwdriver prise trim off from inside useing inner lip to leaver it off little bit at a time from one side or other and corner behind mirror held in by white plastic plugs.
Hope that helps
