I didn't bother, got my xe with all mods declared fully comp for £180.
If you can get an agreed milage of 5K or less that will also bring your premium down.
The reality is I doubt any insurance company will give more than 1K for a Nova.....unless folk here know different?

Mine is agreed at £6k, most they would agree this year as the mods have been on the car for about 5 years now (sounds like a load of **** to me!)

Your nova is a stunner mate, is it coming up to scotland? Wish I bought that before I got mine

I'm not needing as much as that its just if something happened I would be gutted to get 1k settlement on it cause it stand me a hell of a lot more that that

Mines done at £7k (only as i had changed the wheels and a few bits, was 6k like Lee had)

Well worth £15... Means there is no fighting with them or messing about.
Anyone that is spending money on their Nova and is planning on keeping it, really wants it.

I'd rather pay a bit more and be covered... And a few company will do it too.
1K is bugger all. Book price for a Nova these days is about 200 if your lucky...
