Recently fitted a magnex stainless manifold and its hanging too low and catches all the time and I don't want to fit a mild steel one, don't want the ugly factory one but can't seem to find any others for sale, a friend staid he had a btb one a few years ago but it was expensive which I don't mind if it fits well, just wanted to get this sorted before sorting the centre section

Any help will be much appreciated

Thanks Graeme

You'll be lucky to find a stainless manifold anywhere, might have to have one custom made if thats what you really want. Could always get a 4branch heat wrapped if visuals are so important, or use some decent temperature paint on it. The standard manifold is a good design though.

Ceramic coated mild steel maybe?

Dont wrap a mild steel manifold for normal road use. It rusts the manifold even quicker! ;)

If its second hand, clean it up and paint it with high heat paint!

Looks like a Magnex. For saying the exhausts were so nicely made the manifolds looked a right home made pikey job.
