i asume u mean the 3 in the middle of the dash and the head light one on the right of ur wheel.

left nob - just pulls off.
middle nob - pull out for rear window heater and then get 2 screw drivers and push the 2 tabs towards the middle behind, then the whole unit comes out.
Right nob - pulls off

head lights - im not sure about this one, point to side lights and push the tab in where there's a gap on the nob, as i say i aint sure.

Have you got a MK1 or MK2, cos NOva's instructions are for MK2?

AH, my assumption was that if MK1 you meant the up/down selectors as a switch.
