Right after fitting a new tank and pump all has been well untill this evening ive done 200 miles and today it started to hesitate and splutter when pulling off and on low revs but is fine at motorway speeds dose anyone have a clue what it could be? Im gona see if the plugs on sensors are the same on the c16xe i have spare and start swapping electical components over

Possibly inlet gasket? Spray something (wd40 I think) all over the inlet joints while its running if it cures it temporarily, then that's your problem.

Ive ran out of wd40 bt im gona use another arosol ive got n see what happens. If the inlet has got a leak im gona break out the instant gasket selant and hope.for.the best. Im wondering if its the egr at fault with it being blanked off for the power box

Still at a loss with this today ive changed the injector rail, blew blew the fuel lines through checked the woodruff on the bottom pulley and engine timing aswell as fitting new inlet gaskets. It hasn got any better or worse each time i do somthing. Here is a link to a vid of how its running

thats a bit odd, whats the wiring like etc

It could be a breakdown on the main earth on the wiring loom, I had similar on my old C16xe so attached extra earth straps.

fixed it, turned out that the pipe on the fuel pump in the tank had come loose (prob to do with some enthusiastic driving lol) so i replaced it and put new jubilee clips on it so hopfully it should be ok and i will be going to retro rides
