Well hello all...
Sadly I have all these bits up for sale due to downsizing house and not having anywhere to store them or carry out my planned project.
I have built a XE low boost turbo in the past, and was putting the parts together to build another, however this time using new or freshly machined parts and no expense was spared.
All machine work has been carried out by Nuneaton Rebores, which are renound as being the best in the business locally.
Anyway heres all the bits and bobs. Prefer payment upon collection for all of it, however some of the smaller bits I can begrudgingly post (although will be pictured and sent tracked to prevent thieving scamming b*stards)...
Il Start with the block...
This has been Rebored to accept the 87mm oversize pistons, honed and had new core plugs fitted. It was machined to take an oil return on the front, and has the c20let rear fitting for the oil feed to the turbo. These can both be blanked off to run the engine N/A. Its obviously been dipped, part washed and painted and the internals have been given a coat of engine building Graphogen to protect the bores for longterm storage.
The Machine work alone was £50 per bore (4 of) and then a further £80 for the coreplugs and fittings fitted. £280 alone in machine work, before you take into consideration the cost of fittings, cleaning, paint and the actual block itself!
This block is PERFECT, and comes with the bearing caps.

The Crank - This again was machined by Nuneaton Rebores, they checked it was balanced and within tolerances which it was, and then ground mains and big ends to .25mm Oversize. This again has been coated in graphogen and wrapped up for storage. The regrind, balancing check and cleaning cost £180, so im looking for £150 Collected on the crank Only... (no bearings)

The Pistons
These are Brand new 87mm oversize pistons, with new rings & pins. This is a set of 4 with the rings already fitted by Nuneaton Rebores. Nuneaton Rebores also supplied these pistons for £250
