just went to fit my mantzel powercap, and the old bolts have been in that long they have siezed :( so i gotta take off the throtle body and have it drilled and tapped. more expense :( and more time not in the car

on the 2oxe it loses all the mid range torque. A few folk on mig done Rollin road test and came up with those results every time.

Think it loses you some of your midrange power or summat like that. Could be wrong though but i've heard they aren't any better than the standard SFi box.

I dont know about the C20 XE but with the C16 XE they maintan a nice curve all the way through, the benifits are very noticeable.

I have recently bought a powercap for my valver.
Havent fitted yet as my bolts were a b*tch to even loosen.
Anybody got any ideas how to get the bolts out more easily.

but it does let you use a normal nove strut brace, meaning ive not had to pay ?100+ for a coustom 1

so u doing it so u can get a normal nova strut brace but gona lose a lot of torque and mid ranger power? :? :? :? :?

did u get insurance cert. thru yet?

havent heard of anyone fitting a powercap and gainging anything from it but have heard of plenty of people who have lost midrange, wouldnt bother personally
