Not only that,but as rally cars must have a valid mot,if its not fit for the road,its not for rally use either.

Surely a log book can be obtained from the vin stamped in the floor? Unless its a write off or its been half-inched

The car is not stolen I have reg if any one would like to check and only reason it can't go back on road the bloke sent the logbook of as scrap as he was going to is it as a autograss car

Scraped log books can be overturned just have to pay for new v5 and worse case a Vic check but 200 is steep plus ure 25 log books and 40 Vic sold a good j reg for 100ish rolling not so long ago with logbook

Unless its had a certificate of destruction, it can go back on the road. Surely the lads selling just a shell...autocross or the like.. Why should he justify a v5 or indeed an mot? Its a shell not a legal car?
