where to get slim fan?

Where is the best place to get a slim fan? Iv looked on ebay and they look a bit cheap, I want something I can trust.

The i used to work for got his off ebay and has had no problems with it and his fitted it to a toyota hilux v8 he built

Sure I got mine from Txautosport and it seems reliable enough. Suppose for ultimate peace of mind I suppose a SPAL/Kenlowe or similar fan from Demon Tweeks or other motorsport place would be best but expensive!

106 GTI/ Saxo VTS/R.
front, flange mounted cheap slim fan. option of double or single. All mounts support double fans, its just the GTI has 2 fitted so you have the option.

look at what a/c fans you can pick up at the local brakers. i used a mk4 astra a/c one on the front of my rad on the V6 corsa
least you get some quality with them too

Agreed ones on the bay we musn't metion do seem "cheap", but I can only report good things.

...Cheaper to buy, weigh less, free up room in the engine bay, cool the rad faster, drain less juice and haven't missed a beat.

You can't always assume O.E design is best.
