Cav turbo brakes vs wilwood 4pots

So I should be getting my nova 16v this week, and the 1st mod I want to do is brakes.
Will the wilwoods be that much better than the cav turbo ones as they have the same size disc?
Also can you just put the 4 pots on with out upgrading anything else?

Wilwood are light years ahead, both in capability but more importantly weight... They are about 70 percent lighter!
