C18XE Engine loom. 4 branch exhaust manifold and so on

I need the following bits for my C18XE build.

Loom from the ecu to engine.
4 Branch exhaust manifold
Loom from the injectors( not sure if its the same as the ecu loom or not )
Air flow meter and air box.
