i've got a 20xe engine with a coscast head, but the water outlet that goes to the heater matrix is rotten. just looking for some advise into fixing this and where to get the part. thanks

You mean the plastic bar that goes behind the engine ??

Local vaux parts dept will be able to order one in for you.

no the metal 1 thats pressed into side of head

As I posted, go to local vaux dealer and they will order a new one in, or try autovaux, they may do them.

If it is the one on the dizzy end, the part number is 90410704

Iv had these rust away on the past and are quite hard to get out of the head. I welded a big nut to one and wound it out. If u can't get then from vauxhall measure it up and there are equivalents on eBay.

Thanks for the help guys. If I can remove the old 1 is it simple to fit the new 1?

I usualy collapse the old one in with hammer + punch then with new one, bit of loctite and gently tap it in, it has a step so will only knock in so far anyway :D

Thanks for the advise ordered the bit from vaux earlier. will give it a try on weekend
