First off mate go with a steering wheel you like the look of and how it feels for you, cause you will be the one the perso. Who has to live with it lol.

Depends what you do driving wise, if you run up and down a motorway all day, then you are gonna need something comfortable, if you want it as a back lane blaster then some kind of racing wheel will be good. Or something roughly in between.
