c20let engine oil

My mate wants to know what oil do you recommend to put in a c20let

Same as most 10 40 semi...

I know everyone has there own opinions on these, but on my old track car I was getting the oil thinning out after a few months and then became dirty and was draining out the tappets and they started sticking etc, I decided to try a more expensive and higher spec oil, and Imo it was the best thing to do, as it ran loads better, less noise, cooler temps etc.
I use to run oil like this.
