Chris was selling some I paid £50 deposit for them and he sold them to someone else, then scorge01 said he was selling some I've paid for them to be delivered and not had any thing or heard any thing from him??

Well if that's the case then I hope you either get your money or wheels, but I wouldn't pay for wheels with getting a previous deposit back first.
Probably both misunderstandings or explainable, doubt either are ripping you off.
