Right I had my v6 sat in the bay the other week but its out again now,

I managed to trim most of the front panel what I think needs cutting.

But other than that what else needs cutting for say the wiring loom into the car?

Is it a 52mm hole drilled in the battery box area? And that it, the reason I ask is the cars getting sent to a body shop next week and I need to make sure it's ready before it gets painted.

IIRC we had to enlarge the hole and cut an extra bit in the top to get the ECU plug through, its a bit of a big plug.

Thanks jack, il just trim it out and try pushing the plug through hopefully that will be about it,

Your car still looks sweet btw saw it at billing with the engine cover on this time.

you just need to cut them standard hole for a xe cant remember what it was then you ideally need to cut the front slam panel out and either box section or get a larger slam panel that over laps like the diesels. i cut the firewall out so ica n see the rear manifold be prepared to scratch the bay when you put it back in though!
