Sometimes when i pull away i have to give the car high revs for it to start to bite and pull away, also if im doin about 30 in 4th and go to accelerate it sounds like the car revs abit then will start to accelerate,

anyone know what it might be? Had a new clutch cable recently too.

cheers

Has the cable been re-adjusted since fitment??

the clutch could be worn out, or you could have an oil leak causing it to slip, but I'd check the cable first.

where abouts does the clutch start to bite?

if its right on the floor its probably the cable thats not adjusted right, if its higher up then its the clutch itself slipping for some other reason (knackered or oiled etc)

If its been slipping due to the cable then sort it ASAP or the clutch will get fucked anyway as slipping them is bad for them.
