Rubbers on tank straps??

Can someone please tell me if there are 2 or 4 rubber strips involved in holding the tank in position please?
I know there where 2 between the strap and the tank.
But are there another two between the tank and the underside of the car?

From memory there are some rubberised type strips on the tank itself. On the top section.

Yep you should have the strips stuck on both sides of the tank
