Standard spotlights

I have been re taping my engine loom and found some wires that I wasn't sure needed to be there.
Then noticed they had a relay on them that said hella :)
The wires looked factory not universal so I checked along the loom by the headlights and found two more plugs the same :)
So I'm guessing my car originally had spotlights from factory?
My car is an early 1989 car so could it have had the earlier snowplough on instead of the later bumper it has now?
There is evidence of a small bump at the front of the car so I'm guessing it was damaged. The last owner didn't say anything about it being in a crash and its hpi clear!

I have looked inside the car and there's no extra switches so I'm guessing they would switch on with the main beam?

Any info or thoughts would be good!

It is the twin tone horn wiring

Twin tone horn? It has female connections that sit at both passenger and driver side of the front of the engine bay.
I would of thought twin horns would be either in the middle or just at the one side of the bay?

Yes it is deffo the horn wiring. There is a low and a high tone horn, one on either side of the bay.

If my memory serves me right my GSI had one under the driver side wing and one on the front gearbox mount
