so i just read the bbc news report, it appears that someone has said they think it should be approved for planning permission, but it hasn't got it rubber stamped yet.... lets see someone raise finance & actually build it... i cite donington park as evidence of not finishing a track & rockingham for building one, going spectacularly bust then running it for track days & 1 btcc meeting a year...... i'll apologise to you if/when the 1st international race happens....
