bike parts question

i'm looking for a brake lever that works 2 cables simultaneously. i've been told its possibly used on either a mountain bike or a bmx....

any of you younger folk know where i can get one?

I was going to suggest using the splitter before the gyro on a BMX depending on how long you need the cables...part on the right of Pistol Pete's pic

its to run 2 seperate brakes on 2 seperate wheels, so the mutant lever is more like what i need..
