whats the best way to remove wax oil here is a pic

the whole engine bay is like the above I was goin to shot blast it of at work when I do the underneath but think are shot is to course

White spirit or turps I'd say. I have some special BMW stuff from when I worked there but is just smells like a white spirit based product.

Petrol and a rag leave the petrol soak in and it should just wipe off :)

My novas exactly the same. I've been scrapping it off then brake cleaner to remove what's left. Utter pain in the ****!!!

Steam cleaner

You will find this is best, strips the wax straight off (hot of course) and leaves no residue, especially if you intend to weld, waxoyl and welding doesn't go very well together

Havent had chance to get a steam cleaner so used some stuff called md4 and a power washer heres the result
