Spotted a continuity error lol
When Jezza is in the Toyota in NZ, when he gets back on the gravel after leaving the beach it cuts to him in the car and it is blue(You can tell by the door pillar), it cuts back to outside and it is red.

Erm, why.... The corsa vxr isn't really new or exciting lol and the nova was never a proper hot hatch with real cult following like the other three were.

The XR2i was never really hot either, more luke warm like the Nova GTE. The test proved that it isn't always about how quick they are on paper(If you believe the Top gear review)

They were testing a ford, Renault and Peugeot so needed 3 80's equivalents.

I thought it was a decent show.

I thought the show was pants, short of the few minutes the chick from countdown was onscreen.

They really have run out of ideas, oh & how an earth have Renault Sport released such a pap motor I'll never know.

That is ridiculous, weren't the old cars more in the sub-£10k range? I was expecting them to have another Kia, maybe a Hyundai. And lmfao @ the 'lifetime guarantee' thats probably not even worth the paper its written on.

Ford still lining Clarkson's pockets though!

More than likely because Ford/GM are charging more due to BMW etc, so Kia just up their prices for their hateful hateful cars.


I'd agree with the Fiesta being more fun/honest than the frenchies... especially the new clio being a bit too erm, need for speed

Talking about continuity errors, theres no gravel road that is shorter than taking state highway 1 in northland New Zealand. Its a ruddy great road that goes directly north. And he wouldve had to time driving up 90mile beach as its all to do with tide times when its open. I did the exact same route last year whilst travelling in a clapped out old van!
