Am probably gonna be off to Tunisia for a week second week in September.
Anyone been, whats it like??
I dont really care - its a dirt cheap holiday full board ina 4 star hotel... so it'll do for me. Just curious as to what the place is like when not laying around the pool or sitting at the hotel bar.
Yes ive been depends where your staying (hammemet is where i was)
The locals are lurches towards women and dont care if males are present or not.
Its quite nice though.
YOU have to barter out there 2

I have some good friends from Tunisia!
barter for absolutely EVERYTHING or you will get ripped off. i got told offer 10 dinah (spelling) for anything that is for sale. A nice wallet - offer 10 dinah. A three course meal - offer 10 dinah. A 5 bedroomed luxury yaught - 10 dinah. Youll get a few pissed off merchants but you wil not get ripped off
Yeah have been, met up with a complete babe :D was near Hammamet, bartering is part of the culture lol well funny, pull some faces when they say how much it is

No need to get snappy about it Nat - was only saying.
Bersides i have done a little research and found that they are only like that with blondes as all their women have dark hair and dark eyes so they dont often see blondes - blue eyes is also something they obsess about.
Mel wont have a problem on that score - not blue eyes or blonde hair.
Am well lookin forward to it.... fly this weekend. :D

lmfao - i dont even know what sorta exchange rate there is between here and there or anything. But i think its safe to say that i wont be trying to buy a 5 bedroomed luxury yacht... although if i can get one for the price of a leather wallet... might be worth looking into :D
