Very easy to do,
disconnect top hat pipes
unplug connections and earths from around fuel rail and pull back to the loom cover
disconnect idle valve pipe and connection,
disconnect top alternator mount and earth strap,
disconnect fuel inlet and return after bleeding pressure from valve on the front of the rail
Disconnect vacuum pipes and tank vent valve.
Get underneath and undo water pipes, the small ones undeaneath the inlet are tricky to get to and you may have to remove after lifting it off the studs.

was a pain in the ass on a mates nova, had to disconnect the front engine mount and lever bar the engine forwards to give it enough room to come out.

hope its not as much of a ball ache on yours
