Removing seat cover from nova seat

Hi all,

I'm sure I've seen it somewhere on here, but can't find it under search, how to remove the original seat fabric/covers on nova seats, the seat in my car is bent and I have got another seat and I want to swop the covers over to keep the interior of it looking original, anybody got any idea/tips/hints to remove them without breaking anything and ripping anything?

Why not take it to a trimmers? Wouldn't think it would cost much to swap it over?

its pretty simple with the seat out of the car, the tricky bit is putting the covers back on the foam afterwards, i've always just used cable ties in place of the metal rings. with e seat back, start from the bottom, and take the cover off like a jumper (should finish with the cover inside out)
