Im currently converting my mk2 to a mk1 and cant decide what colour to have the gte bumpers, grille, spoiler and skirts.

Not sure weather to have them black? Grey anthracite? Or what?

Heres the car as she sits now

Ad say pink but satin black would look better as the colour you have atm isnt metalic or if your willing to paint the bumpers i would colour code them to the car if it was mine

look at the upol bumper paint colour chart at your local paint supplier. mid grey is a good mk1 bumper colour

just looked at the pics of your bumper you did with that mid grey and i really like the original looking'ness of that colour.

The bumpers i have are pre painted ones off a gte, do you reckon this paint would take well to a pre painted surface? if that makes sense?

rub them down to get a key, spray primer first, then top coat.

paint them body colour, then paint the skirts and lower lips on the bumpers black

Body colour!!
Or
If bumpers are grey, it looks so much better when sides are grey from rubs trip down. With wrap around spoiler in grey.
