My question is this (you might think its a stupid one) .. Anyway:-

Q. When looking at lowering springs eg -60mm or coilovers, is it that the spring or coilover setting is 60mm lower all around so arches sit 60mm lower than where they are as standard?

In short yes your correct, it's how much adjustment from a standard set up.. Coilovers can be adjusted up and down to the height that you like. Although its the law to wind coilovers right to the deck lol

I know coilovers can go LOW ;) .. So basically wind a coilover to like 100mm arcehs are coming down that far lol.
Was curious as I saw a sale ad that said "coilovers lowered 100mm .. Still gets over bumps" .. And was wondering if my idea of measure it up was correct :)

That was my thought when I looked at tape measure and was seein near 4" :/
But my main thinking was can you measure from arch 60mm and get a rough idea where they would sit after fitting :)

Thanks buddy, it's not easy in the sense that I can't get over them at normal speed, it's more of a 10mph job and it's not exactly smooth either

low looks cool as, but! I would rather a subtle 45'ish mm drop so I can have fun on the back roads

If it's done right, you can go 80-90mm and it will still handle like a dream.

I'll retracked what i said, it didn't really come out right. Crawling over humps is a bit different to going over them.. I can get over humps too, if going slow..lol Im down 80-90 at a guess...
