C20let won't idle and won't boost

Hi all my c20let won't idle proper as when it is warm it will rev up to 2 grand then drop back down then go back up and down I have fitter a different idle control value and it is still doing the same thing. I also went down to pvs last weekend and it was running fine warm but when it got hot it wouldn't boost proper u can feal the boost build kicks in the cuts off and runs crap at the high end of the revs. Bit now it is doing it all the time even from cold. I do not understand as it was running well last weekend.

Any one have any ideas of things to check.

Check for any boost pipes leaks.
