What's the best way to remove the door pins? I think my lower door pin has snapped and door has dropped, but can't get anything in there to get it out. Can u still buy the door pins? Cheers.

Tap it out with a drift

Soak pins in penetrating oil
Purchase Laser door pin removal tool, and use that (about £20) - easiest and most hassle free method I have found (though still usually need a good soaking in oil overnight)
You can cut down a bonnet stay to use as a drift - but never bothered personally.

I dont need to remove my doors and hopefully never. But are the pins tapered. If so what way do you drive them out?
the pins are not tapered, so you usually knock them downwards.
the most important thing is to support the handle end of the door, with something like a jack (with a rag on it to protect the door) and then carefully lift it up a couple of mm. the pins wear, and they wear with an offset, so they won't pull out very easily if you don't support the door.

I always tap the top one downwards and the bottom one upwards - otherwise they catch the door skin inner bit.
I am replacing mine with Corsa door pins which are longer - which I was told are the same diameter, although cant confirm as not done it yet.
