c20let running issues need help

my nova has just got on the road for pvs and its running terrible at 5k of revs it just back fires and wont go no further iv tryed plugs n leads and the distributor and the fuel pressure is right does anyone have any ideas i could work on ?? im maybe thinkin its the injectors but arnt sure?

iv tryed boost but no matter what i set it at it made no difference

iv tryed 3 air flow meters aswell but each one is the same

could be one of many things.

its not the MAF (assumming the tested ones were known working units)

if it happens under load and off load (ie free-revving) then it could be cam sensor, but most certainly sensor related somewhere.

If it happens under load only then check it isnt over boosting or the line between the FPR and the plenum is connected properly.

check all connectors first.

its not the line between the fuel pressure regulator or the plenum but im going to try a new distributor cap and then go threw the sensors

aint sure i think thats to check it gave a lil pop out the air filter the other day and i aint sure but is that sumet to do with the timing ?
