Black nova gsi

[Paul16v]

Here are a few pics of my nova gsi.. purchased it in February from Perth..done a few bit to it since then.. replaced the tired 1.6 engine with a fresher one, replaced 15in gm alloys to 16"speedlines,Painted side skirts still a few more bits too do yet but this is how it looks at moment

Got some flaps for it manners.. few more things i wanna do before i start using it.

I hope paul doesn't mind me hijacking his thread but i brought the car in june .The car still looks the same my list of things to do are mud flaps engine out paint the bay 2 new wings 2 doors bumper an bonnet resprayed refurb the wheels and eventualy some engine work. This is my first nova an so far its been great did wonder if i made a mistake to start with but soon got over that an love driving it now.

Remembered this car from years ago, looks great. Id say you have got a nice buy rich, not many good genuine gsi's about these days.

Looked nice on the Astra Sport alloys. Not a common wheel so something different to the norm and really suited the car.

I had a good look around this at pv09 when Anna had it still had its original 1.6 8valve
Engine but lots of stainless steel and chrome it gave me loads of ideas when I rebuilt my old grey

Cheers guys it will want for nothing i even extended my garage for it to go in. I don't know much about the history of it but someone spent some money on it over the years lots of chrome bits even underneath. Was rebuild 5 years ago but not great as some rust is coming in places but new panels an paint will sort that. Hoping to get to a couple of shows this year to put some faces to names

Known Dan for years, he's welded many of my nova's in the past! Couldn't resist a look at yours when he said he was working on one-recognized from here. Yeah I'm a proper nova nut, don't own 1 currently but have owned 7 previously inc x2 GTE's x2 SR's GSI TD, Even had a nova on my wedding cakelol
