If youre taking out the rear wiper aswell, one central door locking motor connected to the rear wash wipe if it's on the dash works.

altho after a while of being used a bit the motors do burn out as they aint built for that force, ur lucky if it doesn't.

The solenoid from Maplins, is too weak. the motors burn out VERY quickly. ie a couple of pops. one from a vectra should do the trick.

just get one from any car that has one fitted in, eg fiesta modeo, or just buy a kit from european electronics. got mine posted from france, next day for ?12. bargin.

Didnt fancy the button used tho, TRUNK!!!

wired it thru to the center console, between the windows switches, and put in a button froma fiesta. jobs a good un.

If your doing loadsa stuff like this, put in another fuse box. Run one live wire to a splitter, and join it to the fuse box, now when ever you need a live, amp/neons/ect just wire it up to that. no more poking around in the back of the fuse box with a tester! lol 8)
