right I have nova gsi I want to get bit more out the std engine im looking for a gas flow big valve c16se head is there good place to get one done

Standard valved head will support 150bhp matey. What's spec of the engine? Can port, cut back guide bosses, 3angle seats and modify standard valves on the back side to improve flow.
