1.4 sri corsa c engine in nova ?

i have the chance of getting a cheap 1.4sri corsa c engine and gearbox, does anyone know if it will fit into my nova ? if so how much modifications would have to be done to it ? please say yes lol

It will Physically fit but i don't know of anyone who's managed to wire the corsa c loom into a nova. I'd go for an x14xe out of a corsa b instead.

cheers man, just i was getting offered the engine and gearbox for £50 so if it was going to fit would have been a bargain

it should work shouldn't it ? as long as you've got the ECU wiring and transponder key wiring ?

just gotta figure out which wires are what and complete the circuit surely ?

if your nova's a carburettor model, youll need an :

- injection petrol tank
- electric petrol pump
- and new fuel lines

to go with the replacement engine
