20xe idling 2000 rmp why ???????

(20xe) it kept cutting out when idling that turned out to be the afm changed tht now its reving high about 2000rmp if nt more ? could this be the throttle position sensor ???? HELP

Mine was being a pain other day I checked ever thing and in the end I took the idle control vale off and cleaned worked a treat now

Idle control valve sticking or air leak somewhere on the intake.

Could well be a broken wire to the TPS, or the TPS itself playing up, try unplugging it and see if it makes any difference. Also make sure your throttle stop is adjusted correctly.
