weber carb help

I after a bit of help I have twin webber carbs on a 1.4 8v engine I have had the carbs set up on the rolling road
And the car drives a lot better but I have a annoying problem where the air filter on cylinder 1is getting wet from fuel all the other filters are dry has anyone had a similar fault

Sounds like over fuelling on cylinder 1

Who set it up? I'd take it back to them as they've clearly not set it up 100% or something has worked its way loose or undone...
