I have had my nova in the garage for a year while kitting it up and now when i drive it, it starts off slow.

The car won't wheel spin, When I bring the clutch out the revs always drop and the pull away is really slow. Does any one no what it is?

Cheers

if it has a small engine & big wheels, it will have a lot more grip so it will be a lot harder to spin the wheels.
Have you fitted new suspension??? new dampers also stop wheelspin.
less wheelspin is actually good cos you get going quicker.
have you used up all of the old fuel, it does go off with age.

is the engine warm? mine bogs down abit first thing in the morning for the first few pull offs but is fine when its a bit warmer

It is a 1.4 SR ..

But it still takes a while for the revs to get going. It is all day long evan in hot whether.

I have not fitted alloys yet it still has 14"s on it and the suspension is still the same.
Cheers :?

Sounds like ignition timing to me.

Or problem with coil/leads/plugs

could it b clutch about to go so that its slippin like a biatch

if it were the clutch slipping then it would be doing the opposite... the revs would rise not drop
