I saw one of my mates today who has one of the rare 1071cc 1964 Austin cooper S.
It is gorgeous and the picture doesn't do it justice. We took it for a drive and then he wanted to show me how it did....typical mini go cart handling, fantastic brakes for 1964 but what was really amazing was the little 1071 really came to life when pushed hard and reached over 100 with ease (and obviously being a mini, felt like 300mph), a lot stronger than my Mreg 1275icc cooper. I think it would give an SR a run for it's money, not bad for a 49 year old car with tiny cc.
