The 1.0 smurf lives .. But needs water pipe *help*

as title says, the 1.0 lives again .. Thanks to daz the mechanic. Well the issue has risen that the pipe onto expansion tank leaks, its the one going into tank at the top from rad, my question is this . Can I use a corsa b hose or could some kind member suggest a good replacement.
It came with a yellow hose pipe fitted there as you might prob see in this pic

can't see any problem with using the corsa b pipe if it fits snugly.

if it just goes from the expn bottle to the top of the rad, it is 12mm hose. you can get it at pretty much every motor spares place.

Cheers for the replies :) .. Ill have a look in a few stores or summat or see if I can find some online. Does it matter about the OD of the pipe aslong as its 12mm ID ?

as long as its thick enough to hold at least 1 Bar then its fine.

Well at the moment theres a piece of standard garden hose. Nice yellow, contrasts the blue well but its leaking under revs .. And the inner frame down below the exp. tank has bit of rusting to clear away.

Anyhow, lookin on the old internet I came across some piping .. Its got a 12mm ID and 18mm OD, 3mm thick wall. Description says "automotive, hyraulic, and pump usage. High pressure resistant" .. Its clear hosing too ?

ring your local vauxhall dealer up & ask if they do the blue expansion bottle to rad pipe in a bulk length.

or buy some 1/2" heater hose.
