Nova gte fuel Tank Plumming.

Can anyone please shed some light on how I go about plumming the gte tank into my saloon?

Diagrams etc.

I take it the rear pipe with sender if the feed, what about the one at the front "return?"

Then the one at the side?

you use a large bore (12mm?) high pressure fuel hose from the sender to the back(ish as its a saloon) corner of the car then from the pump, you fit some 8mm bore high pressure hose forwards to just in front of the tank, where you fit the filter, and another piece of flexi.. then use 8mm copper plumbing pipe run a rigid feed pipe to near the rack, where you use another flexi high pressure hose to the (rh side of the) fuel rail. then the return is simply another piece of flexi 8mm hose, some more copper pipe & a small piece of flexi hose to the tank. use jubilee clips for all the joints.

materials list

1 roll of 8mm copper pipe (B&Q) you need about 5m
8mm high pressure black fuel hose, about 2m should do it
12mm high pressure fuel hose 1m
1/2" jubilee clips- about 12
1" jubilee clips- 2
