E16se Cam info and help please

Hi everyone. Iv got nova spin which I fitted a e16se that I'm planning on doing some working to over the summer. Just want some of your help please. I hear that the ast2 is a good cam to go for right? Will this run on standard management? And if so will I get any gains? I am also getting after market management in the next few months.

the ast2 is listed for a 1300 carb engine

the kent cams website has a model specific guide, and i'm sure their tech help people would be able to sort you out

AST2 is not suitable for standard 1600 engine.
The engine itself isn't the issue, the standard ecu/afm is.
