I am planning to send a set of 4 wheels via courier so whats the best way to package them to prevent damage to them?

Also I was going to use Paisley Freight unless anybody has a better solution?

I put a bit of card against the face of the alloy and secure them in pairs with duct tape and the clingfilm them together

What he said^^^^
Put card on the face, and on the rear if you want, and wrap with shrinkwrap/clingfilm and stick the address on each wheel with "1 of 4" and so on,on each wheel

What they both said and use paisley freight, I've used them a few times with no problems at all.

Go on interparcel.com, gives you quotes off Hermes, TNT, and more. I send wheels for around £25 normally

I've used paisley for all sorts including wheels with no issues.... I usually acquire the wheel boxes from work to send them though. Alternatively use cardboard on the front and rear of the rims and cover with bubble wrap. Think prices are approx £35 for 4 wheels/tyres up to and including 17".
