Conversion Fuel tank question.

From just reading the guide on fitting a big block it tells me on a 1.0 there is no return line from the tank,

My 1.2 gl saloon should have one right?

Also what have people done in the past regarding a swirl pot, with the carb model not having one. Has anyone ever just not used one!

Iv just messaged someone on eBay that wants £100 for a 1.2i tank :| that seems extortionate

you can get a new spi tank for about £60

And yes the 1.2 will have a return but would be better to change them for larger bore 8 mm copper pipe will be fine I run it on my let for feed and return

So what about my carb tank, iv got a tank I brought off Collin but over 2 years its rusted inside badly,

Could I not get the larger outlets welded on and run an external pump?

But then what happens about a swirl pot?

There is only a hole for the sender unit in both tanks I have none have intank pumps.
