Wheel fitment question

I've been away from the nova game far too long lol, will 7x16 ET45 wheels fit a mk1? Rear arch lips have been modified already.

Also, 6.5x15 ET40 any good?

The closer you can get to 49ET the better, will rolled arches you should be ok with ET45
