Can anyone tell me the biggest brakes that will fit under 15inch alloys that will take the strain of an xe ?? And do you also need to replace the master cylinder and servo ??

Astra "ATE" (GTE), Cav GSI or Cavalier Turbo brakes will do the job fine...

The master cylinder and servo you have should be fine, but you will need brake fluid for any conversion. :)
