F28 versions?

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me how I find out wether my f28 gearbox is electrical or mechanical, I've got all the numbers off it so can someone decipher it for me please?
It's says on it F28 GZ
90465166
315 31 1332

Any help appreciated

all the ecat stuff shows is a speedo drive like the old f16/f20 boxes.. there really isn't anything listed on the gm pages

99% sure GZ does not have the speedo drive

LZ has the mechanical speedo drive,

Just have a look on the top near where the gear linkage would be and see if there is somewhere to screw a speedo cable. The electronic ones are blank there.

unlucky one my mechanical has LZ on the data tag

Im going to have to agree with bazil 99% sure GZ is electrical

Wouldnt worry about a speedo cable mind if your running a LET haha they like to snap for a past time
