C20xe no spark- no fuel pump relay fitted

If I don't have a fuel pump relay fitted will I not get a spark? C20xe with dizzy

You should still get a spark without the fuel pump relay... But that is dependant on how it's all wired.

That's what worried me, I am getting no spark. Pretty sure wired correctly. Coil is earthed to car and plugged into xe loom.

Getting a fuel pump relay tomorrow.

You should get the spark without fuel pump because it's not related to the pump. Maybe you have a problem with plug. After installation of pump check the spark you are getting or not?
